Besiktas has stepped up its squad preparations for the new season. Due to an excess of foreign players, the club has decided to part ways definitively with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jean Onana, and Al-Musrati. The management has initiated significant changes in the squad.

With the foreign player limit restricting transfers, the club is moving forward with major adjustments.

In a recent meeting between Club President Serdal Adali and Head Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, important decisions were made about the squad’s structure. Consequently, Besiktas will officially end its contracts with Oxlade-Chamberlain, Onana, and Al-Musrati.

Additionally, Elan Ricardo is expected to be loaned to a team where he qualifies as a young player. Negotiations continue with Benfica, which owns 50% of Gedson Fernandes’ rights, while offers for Joao Mario and Muci are being considered.

Meanwhile, Corinthians remains persistent in pursuing Paulista. The situation with Immobile is complicated. Although the star striker wants to stay in Istanbul, Besiktas management wants to part ways and may need to cover more than half of the Italian player’s annual salary of 6 million euros ($6,81 million).
