Fenerbahce adds Romelu Lukaku to UEFA squad ahead of Lyon clash

Fenerbahce has added new signing Romelu Lukaku to their UEFA squad ahead of their Champions League play-off meetings with French side Lyon, clearing the Belgian forward to feature if head coach Ismail Kartal decides to call on him.

The Istanbul club made the change to the squad submitted to UEFA before hosting Lyon in the Champions League play-off round.

Lukaku becomes available for Lyon games

By registering Lukaku, Fenerbahce has made the striker eligible to take part in the matches against Lyon.

His inclusion does not guarantee that he will play, with the final decision resting with Kartal. If the coach opts to give him a chance, Lukaku will be able to make an appearance during the play-off tie.
