Türkiye's reigning champion Galatasaray posted a €139.57 million ($164.95 million) net transfer deficit across the 2025/26 season’s two transfer windows, ranking in the top 10 just above Saudi club Al-Ittihad, the figures show.
The yellow-reds have spent €157.62 million ($186.28 million) on transfer fees and generated €18 million in revenue across both windows, with most of the spending taking place in the summer window.
Galatasaray’s largest transfer fee of the season is a €75 million deal for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, who joins the club from Italy’s Napoli after spending last season on loan, marking the highest transfer fee ever paid by a Turkish club.
The second-largest signing is 24-year-old Ivorian center-back Wilfried Singo for €30.77 million, followed by Turkish goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir for €27.50 million.
During the winter transfer window, Galatasaray spent only €9.5 million, with the period’s highest signing being Renato Nhaga from Portugal’s Casa Pia for €6.5 million.
While the 2025/26 winter window remains relatively calm, total transfer spending across clubs exceeded €2 billion after the 2025 summer window.
