Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa met Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam in Doha on Saturday to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and strengthen bilateral relations, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.

The meeting took place as both leaders attended the opening of the 23rd Doha Forum, which began earlier in the day under the theme “Justice in Action: Beyond Promises to Progress.”

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), Sharaa participated in the forum’s opening session, though no further details were provided.
