Alperen Sengun leads Houston to first win as Thunder stays perfect on road

Alperen Sengun poured in 21 points to help the Houston Rockets roll past the Brooklyn Nets 137-109, while reigning champions Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Dallas Mavericks 101-94 to make it four wins from four.

Sengun steers Houston to comfortable night

Houston seized a double-digit cushion in the opening quarter and never let it slip, closing the night with a 137-109 victory over Brooklyn.

Playing 30 minutes, Alperen Sengun delivered 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists as the Rockets finally got on the board this season.

Tari Eason led Houston in scoring with 22 points, alongside 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Kevin Durant added 19 points and 6 rebounds, and Reed Sheppard handed out 8 assists to go with 15 points. On the Nets' side, Terance Mann finished with 21 points. Day’Ron Sharpe posted 17 points and 12 rebounds for a “double-double”—a line with at least 10 in two categories.

Defending champions keep unbeaten start alive in Dallas

Oklahoma City kept its perfect start intact with a 101-94 road win over Dallas. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander paced the Thunder with 23 points and 8 assists, while Chet Holmgren tallied 18 points and 11 boards, and Isaiah Hartenstein added 16 points and 11 rebounds—both notching double-doubles.

Dallas slipped to a third defeat despite Anthony Davis producing 26 points and 11 rebounds; PJ Washington chipped in with 15 points and 9 rebounds.

Adem Bona logs impactful minutes as 76ers move to 3-0

Philadelphia made it three wins in three by outscoring Orlando 136-124 at home. Center Adem Bona checked in for 25 minutes and contributed 7 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks. Tyrese Maxey took command with 43 points and 8 assists, as VJ Edgecombe scored 26 with 7 assists and Kelly Oubre added a 25-point, 10-rebound double-double.

Paolo Banchero’s 32 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists kept Orlando in touch but could not flip the result. Desmond Bane scored 24, and Franz Wagner had 22 for the visitors.

Chicago edged Atlanta 128-123, Cleveland pulled away from Detroit 116-95, and San Antonio beat Toronto 121-103. Boston handled New Orleans 122-90, while Utah outlasted Phoenix 138-134 in overtime—an extra period played when scores are tied after regulation.

Denver topped Minnesota 127-114, Golden State defeated Memphis 131-118, and Portland upset the Los Angeles Lakers 122-108.
