Besiktas will look to take a major step toward advancing in the UEFA Europa League when they host Lithuanian side Kauno Zalgiris in the first leg of their play-off tie in Istanbul on Thursday.
The match at Tupras Stadium will kick off at 8 p.m. local time and will be officiated by German referee Tobias Stieler, assisted by Lasse Koslowski and Jonas Weickenmeier. The game will be broadcast live on S Sport Plus.
Having made it through the second and third qualifying rounds, Besiktas will now aim to build up an advantage at home before the return leg.
French left-back Kassoum Ouattara is available again after serving his suspension.
Ouattara was sent off after receiving a second yellow card during the first leg of Besiktas' third qualifying-round tie away to Hradec Kralove and subsequently missed the return match. He is expected to be included in the squad against Kauno Zalgiris.
German defender Felix Uduokhai, meanwhile, was left out of the squad submitted to UEFA for European competition and will not be available for the match.
New signing Dusan Vlahovic has been included in Besiktas' updated UEFA squad and is expected to be among the players available for the Kauno Zalgiris fixture.
The Serbian striker's inclusion gives Besiktas another option as the Istanbul club moves into the play-off stage.
Thursday's fixture will mark Besiktas' 263rd match in European competitions.
The Black and Whites have recorded 101 victories and 50 draws in their previous 262 European matches, while losing 111 times. They have scored 353 goals and conceded 395 since beginning their European campaign history in 1959.
