Baku urges Armenia, France to prevent burning of Turkish, Azerbaijani flags
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov called on the governments of Armenia and France to prevent hate-fueled acts during protests, including the burning of Turkish and Azerbaijani flags.
