Deniz Karakullukcu works as a foreign policy and security advisor at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). He holds a B.A. from Boğaziçi University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Security Studies at the Turkish National Defense University. Karakullukcu is also a member of the editorial board at Hariciye Center for Foreign Policy and Security Research. His bylines have appeared in outlets such as The National Interest and The American Conservative.
