Goktug Caliskan
Goktug Caliskan holds a double major in Political Science and Public Administration and International Relations from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University. He completed his first MA in International Relations at Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University with a thesis on Shiism in India and Iran’s India policy. He later earned a second MA at the International University of Rabat in Morocco, focusing on China’s Africa policy within the Belt and Road framework. A graduate of Erciyes University Faculty of Law, he is currently pursuing his PhD at the International University of Rabat and works as an international relations expert at ANKASAM. His research concentrates on China–Africa relations, the Sahel, religion and human security, terrorism, food security, African geopolitics, the Belt and Road Initiative and Central Asia.
